I had the best time dress shopping at Willow in White! Mel made me and my mum feel comfortable and welcome, and took time to listen to my ideas. She chose some lovely dresses and made sure I tried on a variety of different styles, which helped me work out what I liked and disliked. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Absolutely amazing experience dress shopping here. Had never tried on dresses before but I was made to feel completely comfortable and at ease. We had fun trying on different dresses even though we knew the first dress was the one!! Highly recommend this wedding dress shop to any bride — it was such a lovely experience.
Melanie and the whole Willow in White experience was a joy from start to finish. I wasn't 100% sure of the dress and had to finalise via phone as I was living abroad, but Mel made the whole process super easy, professional and relaxing. It's easy to instantly feel calm around Mel and you can see her passion for bridal shines through. I chose a Gaia dress in the end and am so pleased to have worn a local Welsh designer on my wedding day. A beautiful shop in a stunning setting — highly recommend!
I cannot emphasise enough how special this place is. Mel is such a warm person, and I instantly felt like I was having the dress-choosing experience made just for me. She is incredibly skilled at her job, putting me in a dress and style I didn't initially pick but which ended up being my dream dress. The shop is so tastefully done and Mel made an effort to make it special for the whole group. Thank you so so much! x
As soon as we sat down it felt like I'd known Mel and Chloe for ages and they wanted to know all about the big day. It was so refreshing to have two different styles being pulled for me to try on. When I was torn between two dresses they got me a veil, flowers and put my hair up so I got the full vision. I found my dress on the first shop I visited — I was so nervous but that all went away instantly. Thank you both so much.
I'd been a little hesitant about trying on wedding dresses because I'm short and didn't think anything would look nice on me. But Chloe was excellent. Every dress was gorgeous, and I actually looked pretty wearing them!! She made me feel so confident and I went home that same day with my wedding dress. My afternoon at Willow in White was so much fun and I just wish I could do it all over again. Will be — and have been — recommending it to everyone.

After some horrendous visits to bridal shops and feeling like I wasn't going to find something I'd feel me in, Willow in White came to the rescue. The most gorgeous dresses, and a great collection of alternatives to the traditional style. Mel was so lovely, and for someone who was dreading the experience she made it so fun. Would 100% recommend to brides to be!
I had the best appointment with Chloe and Mel. Both were so welcoming and helpful. I stated my budget and they did not once encourage me to stray away from it, and gave me plenty of dresses to try on. I felt like a princess the whole time I was in the shop, and me and my family absolutely loved the experience of buying my dress.

Such a fabulous experience at Willow in White. Attention to detail was perfection for choosing my daughter's wedding dress — she tried on numerous beautiful dresses and veils.
